Prices

All prices are shown in Moroccan dirham. The price on the product page is what you pay, plus delivery.

Payment

Payment is cash on delivery only. We do not accept online payment or advance transfer, and no money passes through this site. You pay the courier when the order arrives.

Delivery

• We deliver to every city in Morocco, and nowhere outside Morocco.
• Delivery is 49 MAD per order.

Order confirmation

After you order, we call the number you gave to confirm the order and the address. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, we may not be able to send the order.

Checking before you pay

You have the right to check the order in front of the courier before paying. If it does not match what the site showed, you can refuse it and pay nothing.

Returns after delivery

If you have received and paid for the order and then want to return it, contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at 0708045206 or at support@chrilina.com, quoting your order number. After 24 hours we cannot accept return requests.

We cover the cost of the return — you pay nothing to send the product back.

You then choose:

• a replacement product, or
• your money back.

Availability

Orders depend on available stock. If a product runs out after you order, we will call to tell you.

Price changes

Prices on the site may change, but the price agreed when we confirm your order by phone is the one that applies.
